We have checklists and to-do lists for shopping, work, life, the home, homework, and school. So, why not add a daily checklist to the mix concerning something that’s just a weeeeee bit important, like your health.

I think it’s a good idea.

And serves as an encouraging reminder of the great things you can do each day to help your bod be the best it can be.

One of the biggest things that’s helped me in my personal health and fitness is switching to a positive encouraging mindset to my daily approach to it. Ok, that might not make sense. I basically focus on what I should do and things I should eat, rather than what I shouldn’t do or eat. It’s a wake up and think, “Wow, today is a new, great day where I can eat a bunch of fruits and veggies, drink water, work up a sweat to put this amazing human body to work, and smile a lot.” Kind of mentality.

So I figured a little checklist to help focus on this stuff, would be a good idea.

I’m printing mine out and putting it on the fridge as a daily reminder. Feel free to do the same.

Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t check everything off the list. And yes cheat days, pizza nights, and lazy Sundays are permitted too.
